While we strive to ensure every Advent Calendar, Alpine Tree, and Angel meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as joyful and straightforward as our holiday decorations.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles & Candle Rings (for hygiene reasons)
- Artificial Snow (due to chemical composition)
- Opened or used Battery Operated decorations
- Animated & Musical items that have been removed from original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return Process
Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product. If the exchanged item has a different price, we’ll process a refund or charge for the difference.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
